Tim performed an inspection for us on short notice, gave us expert advice and answered all of our questions. He didn't try to sell us services we didn't need, gave us recommendations on how to proceed on our own (turns out we didn't need professional remedial services), and advised us on how to prevent issues in the future. If we need mold remediation, I'm calling these guys.

Tim came out this morning to check my attic for mold. I am having some roofing repairs done; and when they came to look at my roof and attic, they said I should have someone check it because they thought they saw some mold. Tim got me on the schedule very quickly and just left after checking the attic. He advised there isn’t very much mold and he thought the attic fan being installed by the roofer would take care of it. He didn’t advise any remediation right now and recommended a recheck next summer. He didn’t even charge me for coming out and looking. What a great company, highly recommended!
