We hired this company after finding them on Google and reading some reviews. Sales was nice but very unknowledgeable. Said the pan was a heavy 400 lb pan, the guy brought it in carrying over his head. They said would be done by 6:30 and return the next day, they stayed until after 8pm and didn’t ask us if that was ok. Returned the next day to provide terrible caulking results. They also did not test the shower faucet which was leaking and the drain was not sealed or clean up the shower. Paramount Builders/Virginia Bath is only nice until they collect payment then turn right rude. Spent $15k to have my drywall cracked in 2 places, caulking by someone who was not good at it resulting in messing up newly painted walls and missing caulk where moisture can get between the shower and the wall.

Very professional walk-in shower installation by Tez & Jorge of Paramount Builders. Took two days (or 11-12 hours). Cleaned-up in between and after completion of job. Highly recommend!

I'll start from the initial phone call for the appointment, the detailed sale presentation/explanation, to demolition, installation to clean up, everything was very professional and detailed. Honorable mention to Steve Pezzella sales rep, the installers; Mr Alex and his assistant, Mr Cody and his assistant for an outstanding finished product. I had two bathrooms redone, their quality of work and and knowledge is perfection. The materials that VSB uses are the highest quality, I'm very impressed. The office personnel(Ms Jessica) are accommodating and will treat you right. I also had the trim and gutters replaced, as like the bathrooms, nothing but perfection and the installers are the best that I have seem work on my property. Look no further if you want responsible and good quality of work

Tez and Jose did a fabulous job with the installation of my new walk in shower. They both are very professional and they kept me updated on what they were doing each step of the way. After the job was done they cleaned everything up and even showed me how to use the shower handles. I love how my shower turned out. Beautiful job done. I would highly recommend them.

Virginia Shower & Bath renovated our bathroom on budget and quicker that originally estimated. The whole process from start to finish was painless. They listened to what we wanted, but were confident enough to provide input or suggestions where warranted. They care about the quality of their work and satisfying the customer. Every member of his crew was friendly, courteous, respectful and a joy to work with. I would definitely hire them again, best bathroom remodeler!
