My well pump system was failing so I called Virginia Well. Even though they were very busy, they made time to come out and help. Joe installed a new well pump, pressure tank, and all the accessories at a very reasonable price. Everything is up and running and working better than ever.

VWD arrived with two tasks that needed to be done. Troubleshoot a pump that stopped pumping water and raise the level of a water pump. VWD workers completed both tasks efficiently and left the work areas unscathed. I have full faith in the folks at VWD to provide me with the service I need to ensure out home has a continuous supply of clean water. I highly recommend them if you need a well drilled or need service on an existing well system.

My experience with Virginia Well Drilling was about as bad any I have ever had with any business. They have some of the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. They are excellent at telling lies and making promises that they will not keep and probably never intended to keep. If you still chose to use them after reading this review, be ready for a bill that is no where near what they promised. I would never recommend this company. Collecting rainwater in barrels is less hassle than dealing with these guys.

vwd answered my no water call in 1 day. i was very pleased with their knowledge and work ethic. My workers were joe and rodger.

The man I spoke to was rude to me .I was asking a question about a well .it was a well that was already in place .he would not help it wasn't his well.
