Julio & team did a fantastic job cleaning our condo’s windows (first & second floor, interior and exterior). They hadn’t been cleaned for 3+ years and they look totally radiant and new now. Virginia Window Cleaners came recommended by a friend, but I’ll be reporting back that they did not follow through. I first spoke to Pam on a Monday. She said she’d send someone out to look at my 6 windows with calcium deposits, and that she would call me the next day with a time. She never called. I called Tuesday and spoke with a man who said he’d call back later that day with timing. He never called back. On Wednesday, I called again. Pam said she would send someone that day. I told her my availability had changed and I would not be free until after 1:30pm. A technician (Julio) showed up at 1:10pm, before I was available, and said he had been waiting 25 minutes. Julio told me they could clean the windows with a solution called “Diamond” and that Pam would send me a quote. I never

Virginia Window Cleaners did a great job cleaning my windows, screens, and storm windows. The technician was prompt, efficient, and pleasant. The only negative is that he did not clean the top of the window sashes all that thoroughly. And the dispatcher was misleading in that he gave the impression that the storm windows were included in the price range he quoted me but in fact storm windows are an additional price. So the job was expensive but in fairness not all that out of range of other estimates I received.
