Evelyn was very informative and kind, with excellent communication throughout the process. We truly appreciated the knowledge and transparency she provided. The crew did an outstanding job. They stayed focused, worked efficiently, and were flexible when unexpected challenges came up during the removal of the old flooring. They even finished two days ahead of schedule. Mr. Lopez and his crew did an amazing job with my flooring. I am beyond happy with the work they did. He was very professional, honest and easy to talk to. He came out and quoted me right away and then got to work within a week. I had multiple quotes from many other Visalia companies including Lowe’s and Visalia Flooring was the most reasonable. There was some back end expense, but if you’re having carpet replaced that is to be expected. I definitely recommended them to anyone needing flooring and will use them again in the future.

I found Cruz López via this Nextdoor app. His pricing was phenomenal and his work was impeccable. He helped me out with a 24 hour SOS when others were not available and their prices were ridiculously higher. His business partner Fidel recently leveled and installed new flooring at my dad’s home.
