Vision Stairways & Millwork

Hello, I looked at some of these reviews and they seem to not be all truth or even actual reviews. Three HUGE and widely known builders and agents recommended them for our new home. The shop is managed and kept immaculately. The staff are sugary sweet and that does not match what the autobot reviews. They gave us top dollar treatment and I will recommend them to all. So glad we did our homework and did not rely on fictitious bad reviews, to only hurt the company. That’s really low of someone- karma will search them out on its own. Do your homework and give them a chance. They really were spectacular!

Kelly is very rude. Attempted to refer this company business for a developer client of mind and I was told “we don’t do business through you” while she preceded to abruptly hang up. Wouldn’t recommend that type of service to anyone.

Had stairs put in Spring of 2022. Shortly after install we had some shoe pieces (if that's the proper term) come loose. I reached out to Wendy who said they would take care of it but didn't come out. Then more came loose, I reached out again, and Wendy said they would take care of it but did not. Then a few of our spindles began rattling. I ,again, reached out to Wendy who said they would get us in the calendar but I reminded her I have reached out before and I heard excuses about how busy they are. I reached out last week (Monday) to talk to the manager to be told Wendy is the owners wife and she would pass the message along to Wendy... and here I am 9 days later with still no response and it has been just about a year since I first contacted them about our issues.

Premium price, not premium service. Really rough experience all around...several weeks later we end up with a 2-3 star (out of 5) result. I gave 1 star here because we gave them opportunities to make it right, but they never have. Jim and Wendy are nice folks, but this was a really botched job. Handrails are not set properly and shift. Staining and clear coats are uneven and missing in some areas. The guy they used to do the work took several weeks for what was supposed to be a few days...it was awful. Same guy dropped tools on the wood floor below and that repair job is also still visible...if there was a half star selection, I probably would have selected that.

I could not be happier with the quality and customer service that I received from Vision Stairways and Millworks! They treated me with absolute respect and kindness! I am thrilled with the quality of my new stairs! #loveit #visionstairwaysandmillworks #qualitymatters #customerserviceatitsbest
