Visionary Cabinets designed, constructed and delivered gorgeous custom cabinetry and specialized shelving for our kitchen, dining area, and bathrooms. They also constructed a custom slatted wall and murphy bed frame for our new home. From our initial meeting with Steve and Jennifer, though installation with Nate and his team, they were responsive to our many requests and requirements. They were always open to our input and responded well with their ideas and comments. They were meticulous in design, with an impressive focus on details and quality. Their desire to do the job right, with off the charts quality standards, gave us tremendous confidence in their work to stand the test of time. I waited a year to post this review as I hate to post a review of a product or service without having some time to experience the product or service. About a year ago, I was looking to refresh my kitchen, and I got several estimates from big box stores to mom and pop. I ended up choosing Visionary Cabinetworks, and I am so glad I did. They refreshed all my cabinet doors with soft close hinges in my kitchen and bathrooms, added crown on top, and added cabinets for a new island. I got a quality product for a reasonable price, and I just love their team and family! They even delivered my cabinets before schedule, and my installers were absolutely amazing with attention to detail. I am truly satisfied with their craftsmanship and professionalism.

Visionary Cabinetworks installed our kitchen cabinets in early 2022 as part of a full kitchen remodel. We were very pleased with their craftmanship after installation. They were also quick to accomdate when we requested a last minute addition to the job. Fast forward to late 2024. We noticed that several small areas of paint the front of some cabinet doors, drawers, and molding had worn off. When we reached out to Visionary, they quickly scheduled to send Jon to inspect them. Jon not only took some of the worst pieces back to the shop to sand and repaint, but also scheduled a painter to spend a day in our kitchen touching up everything else. We chose Visionary Cabinetworks for our kitchen remodel as they are a local family run operation with reasonably priced custom cabinets. Unfortunately, we were sold a bill of goods. The owner, Steve Pilgram, along with his wife Kristine were very pleasant and likable in their showroom. But once install began, the true colors of their operations began to show. The cabinets were put in crooked, some were at the wrong heights, and there were huge gaps in the crown molding and trim work. One cabinet didn't arrive with glass doors, even though this was specified on the original design. When asked to come out and fix the install job with skilled laborers, we were repeatedly ignored and lied to. Our General Contractor needed to pay his own carpenter to fix as much as he could. They did an amazing job designing and installing our closet systems. The storage is fantastic and the materials they used from drawer pulls, valet rods and tie rack are high grade. My husband and I love our closets and are so happy we worked with this company.
