We hired Vista because we had to fix plumbing/drain issues with our bathtub, and we decided to convert our tub to a walk-in shower at the same time. We love the final product. We were lucky enough to work with Lucas. He was kind, trustworthy, and focused. Simply, his work is meticulous. We trusted his expertise, and again, we are thrilled with the final product. Our bathtub was replaced with a more accessible shower to accommodate our needs as we age. We are very happy with the speed and quality of this work. There were a few very minor adjustments that had to be made and Melissa in Customer Service was extremely helpful as was Mark who did the work. A discount was offered if we signed the contract immediately. This meant that we were unable to search for other estimates so we do not know how the price for this work compares to other estimates we might have been given. The contract we signed was not very detailed so I had some anxiety before the job was done about receiving all the items we were promised. We definitely recommend this company but you might want to get other estimates before calling them so you feel comfortable with the price

We had Vista remodel our bathroom a few years ago & were completely satisfied with the outcome. This year we needed to have our roof replaced & we chose Vista to do the job. The crew arrived around 6:45am. They had it completely stripped, then installed nor-easter deck defense underlayment, ice & snow shield, re-leaded both my chimneys, then cut in & installed a braun vent. They built crickets on both chimneys, they cut in a ridge vent, & had the whole house covered in Owen's Corning duration shingles, with new drip edge. Then they picked up of all debris & swept my entire yard with magnets to make sure all the nails were picked up. All by 6pm. The next day they had a guy come out & pick up the remaining materials & did a walk around to make sure everything was picked up & did another swe

The crews were all very professional and cautious to minimize disruption and soiling of work areas. The entire experience only reinforced that we had made the right decision to work with Vista Baths. The final product is as good as we had expected.

The team at Vista was very professional and went above and beyond my expectations. They finished the project in the time that was specified and they left everything spotless. My Vista contact, Melissa did a great job with her follow up making sure that everything was completed to my satisfaction. I will definitely consider them for my next project.
