When our old Microwave stopped working. I called Vita for repair. Their technician came and patiently disassembled the complicated structure since it was connected to the range below. He thoroughly examined the old Microwave, instead of pushing me into costly repairs, he told me honestly that it would be more cost-effective to purchase a new Microwave. Although it was just a $99 diagnostic visit, the Vita technician provided top notch professional service. I will definitely call them again for any appliance repairs/installations in the future.

The guys from VITA are top notch! ​They came to diagnose an issue with my Electrolux fridge on Friday afternoon. The fridge needed immediate attention otherwise it would leak (and I had a flight to catch the next day). VITA was able to expedite the entire process, found necessary parts on Friday night and fixed my fridge the nest next morning (despite their busy schedule and prior arrangements)! ​Stellar job all around! thank you
