We have hired him exclusively to complete so many household projects over the last 15 years, both big jobs and small, and he is a true craftsman…everything is meticulously done with care and consideration of all our requests. I was extremely pleased Vivid Home Experts' exterior paint work of our large Victorian in a historic district, and I think it will pay for itself when it comes to selling this property. Whereas other painting contractors just paint, Gary does it all, so whenever there was siding or windows that needed repair, we knew Gary could handle it, and did. A lot of money was paid to Vivid Home Experts of Belchertown and the work they did was honestly unacceptable. When concerns were brought up, Gary, the owner, completely ignored them. We had other contractors, one a trusted family friend, look at the job, and they all agreed it was poorly done. Now stuck spending even more money to have it redone the right way. It’s incredibly frustrating, and based on this experience, there’s no way we can recommend this company. Just want to warn others so they don’t end up in the same situation.
