We had a similar experience with VIVO compared to the many satisfied customers reviewing here. The service, attention to detail, and steadfast commitment to delivering high quality work from start to finish. We took two upstairs bathrooms to the studs and rebuilt with custom materials, much of which was very fragile and required a finer touch. VIVO manages their team well and is incredibly prompt. Highly recommend meeting with VIVO to plan your next project.

We had an outstanding experience working with Vivo (Elmer and Victor) on our full kitchen renovation. From start to finish, they were honest, thorough, and incredibly communicative. Any time there was a misunderstanding or miscommunication — which happens in any big project — they took full responsibility and made it right without hesitation. What really stood out was their commitment to making sure the final product reflected exactly what we wanted, even when we changed our minds mid-project. Elmer and Victor are the real deal. Working with them was smooth and the results are incredible. We had a hefty renovation project on a 100 year old auto dealership. This involved a new roof, entirely new plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems, and refinishing of all doors, windows, and the exterior block. We started with another contractor that had to be removed from the job before we brought on VIVO. VIVO came in with a clear plan, fixed all of the work done incorrectly to that point, and finished out the job right on schedule. They take deadlines seriously, have a high standard of quality, and kept us updated as the project progressed. It was a night and day difference.

We really enjoyed working with Elmer and his team at Vivo! We had our kitchen and half bath renovated (floors, cabinets, countertops, lighting, appliances). The job was completed on time (and quickly!) and looks fabulous! We also had some other odds and ends repaired too and Vivo was super accommodating on these too. We'll come back to Vivo when we get our other bathrooms redone.
