Instead, they showed up in under 20 minutes. Yes, in the middle of the night. Not only did they respond immediately, but they stayed for hours making sure the situation was fully handled. They carefully inspected the apartment, identified possible entry points, and helped us set multiple traps in the right places. We had rats in our apartment and after failed attempts to help from our building we called VJ, they came a day later and were awesome! Very respectful and professional, they brought shoe covers and explained what they were doing as they did it. They were efficient and found multiple holes and patched them all up then and there. Would definitely work with them again!

VJ and his team were absolutely amazing! They came quickly, checked every single hole in the apartment, and even patched the one inside my radiator. They were extremely thorough and professional throughout the whole process. Victor and Milton were the ultimate professionals. From the time they entered my apartment they were very personable and answered all of my many questions. They checked every closet and radiator. They even tightened and filled in the outlets of mine that were hanging. Victor also swept up. I would definitely recommend this company. I even canceled several times and Victor was very understanding and patient with me. I found out today that they even do small odd jobs. Call and ask and they may be able to accommodate you. VJ Pest Control is the best. I had an issue with plumbing on a Friday that caused a huge hole in my bathroom which allowed an infestation of mice. I called VJ on a Sunday morning at 4am as I was boarding a plane back to NYC. By 11am that same day they arrived and not only did they assit in confirming the entrance point, patching the hole, laying down traps but also caught a mouse. With their tips we have now caught 4 mice and will definitely be contracting them again for a follow up.
