Vlad Chimney Repair and Cleaning

I called them for a chimney sweep. They said $89 feet to come out and give me a price. They sent a separate contractor over who charged me over $1100 which included a $700 bead of caulk. I called them back about this ridiculous overcharge and they told me it was wrong and that they’d be in touch to get me a reimbursement. 4 calls to them and each with a promise that a manager would call me back They never returned a call. Total rip off. Do not use them.

Extremely unprofessional. I had them come out to inspect my chimney. They charged $30 for inspection and then would not send me an invoice or follow up. I called and emailed them multiple times and said they couldn’t help me and hung up. Such a scam!

Outstanding service! The chimney cleaning technician was efficient, prompt, and performed an excellent job of cleaning my chimney. He also offered useful tips for taking care of my fireplace. I will surely utilize them again.

I scheduled an appointment with this company between the hours of 8:00 and 10:00. At 8:45 I called and they said the technician would be reaching out shortly. He was a no call, no show. The dispatcher also never bothered to return a phone call. That was 2 hours of my life I won't get back. Don't book with these people. Highly unreliable.
