Chad is the star. We ended up buying our flooring from VM Flooring because of Chad, even though we did find that floor elsewhere. He is extremely knowledgeable, patient in showing us all options to help us narrow together, and very nice and communicative during the ordering and delivery process. He also acted as my sounding board on how we should install the laminate flooring including the subfloor treatment needed etc. He also gave us a very good and competitive price! I met Jack with VM flooring and more - during a project of mine . I did a room Addition with multiple different trades The way Jack's crew was working & showing up on time , Making sure to cover and clean the job site was amazing, I Dont think I ever encountered with such a dedicated crew and workers, their part was finished before the deadline he gave me, his rates and pricing are more than fair, high customer service and quality are his top priority. My client was extremely pleased with the end results, I took Jake to do some more projects for me, he is the only one I trust when it comes to working with my customers.
