Searched all over the Internet for some nice high-quality drains to install on my new pool project. The drains I ended up with were the pre-engineered slope mini drain set up my total drain length was 40 feet. Install went super smooth. I couldn't be more happy with how they turned out. They're right next to a pool with a large grotto jumping area and they drain away more water than we can splash great product, great company really appreciate such a well thought out and engineered drain set up. I have been to a lot of other pools that had cheap plastic drains that the sun burnt and eventually cracked and looked terrible. These ones will definitely last a lifetime.

- ordered a basin from them direct, it was cracked. They refused to send me a new one nor return the item. —ordered another basin from them and it was cracked in the same spot, screw holes stripped out and dirt on the basin, aka it was used. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!

Do not do business with this vendor. I purchased a drain channel from them, and not only did they ship me the wrong product but all three parts were damaged and unusable. They tried to tell me that the product was correct, despite not matching the photos on the website. After many emails they provided a return shipping label, but upon receiving the returned product they claimed that the damage - disclosed to them in an email chain with the same customer service rep not more than two weeks prior - was not disclosed prior to returning and so will not issue a refund. It's amazing that you can do business in this way in 2025. Avoid at all costs.

Instead of taking any kind of responsibility, their immediate go-to was to blame the shipping carrier and me for not buying their optional “Route insurance.” The representative lied and tried to manipulate the situation — saying one thing on the phone, then contradicting it over email. That excuse makes no sense when the packaging was undamaged. It’s far more likely the product was damaged before it was even packed.
