I just used Volpe Garage Services this past Friday for repairs and upgrades to my old dinosaur of a garage door function. I had been in touch with Janet H who works with the owner Mike and she was very professional and very helpful in being proactive on email with estimates and scheduling was done in a timely manner. My tech Aaron arrived a bit later than was scheduled, which I had no issues with as was my day off. However, he was in touch with an ETA the whole time which was the right thing to do. The work was done fast and within one hour and my garage door works like new and is so much quieter than before. I may do some more upgrades next year, and if I do, I will certainly use Mike and Volpe again! Thanks guys! Easy peasy and no gimmicks or bs!

What a pleasure it was to deal with Volpe Door Services! From the initial consultation on the work required, to delivering the estimate, and then through installation, everything went seamlessly. Mike and his team were terrific to deal with and the final installation of a new garage door looks great! After I left a message on their webpage, Janet called me back right away and scheduled an onsite visit. Mike came out for an onsite visit on time, looked over the situation, and gave me several options—both repair and replacement—so I could choose what worked best for my budget. I had questions about whether I should go with a different opener model, and he was very straightforward. He explained that spending $300 more on the upgrade really wasn’t worth it, which made me feel like he had my best interest in mind rather than just making a sale. We recently had Volpe Door replace three garage doors and openers at our home that were original builder grade. We received 3 quotes and not only was Volpe's the most competitive, but they were the only company where the owner actually came out to assess the job and go through our options instead of a salesperson. Mike and the team were very responsive to our initial questions, project changes, and options for different door designs and installation options. They were also flexible on the timing of the installation. Our new doors look great, they operate quieter and help us better insulate our garage. We contacted Volpe Doir when we had a problem with our garage door closing. I was convinced that the door itself and the mechanical operation was the problem.
