We dealt with Eric from Volta. He was very easy to deal with and answered all of our questions. He was very professional. The team that replaced our roof was on time, worked quick and hard to finish our roof in 1 day. The clean up was great. They left our property exactly how they found it. The guys that did our gutters came the next day. They were nice, friendly and worked until dark to finish the entire project before Thanksgiving and the 1st snow. The roof and gutters made our house look almost new again. Thank you so much. We highly recommend this company.

We had a new roof and gutters put on our house. Jerry was awesome, very nice, polite and knowledgeable, he always let us know what was going on and worked with us to get us what we needed. My wife and I enjoyed just sitting down talking to him. They did an amazing job on the roof it looks so much better! Overall we provide a 5 star rating but that does not mean everything was perfect. Volta sales rep was very knowledgeable on the process and with engagement. Roofing crew was very organized and precise, only a few plants and shrubs got a little smashed and are now coming back to life. There was one small area where siding was lifted and we had to address that issue. We coordinated with Volta's management and owner and they were very receptive to addressing the issue to our satisfaction. We were very satisfied with the information folder as it was thorough and very well thought out. We understand that the ridge vents were recommended but we opted to stay with the box vents and they installed all new ones. Jerry was absolutely fantastic and extremely knowledgeable. He helped me navigate through the claim process and made things a breeze. The new roof's quality is top tier. He has always been responsive and willing to answer any questions and followed through with ensuring i was satisfied post completion. I would highly recommend!

They have replaced our roof twice and couldn't be happier with them. Today he came to inspect the roof after noticing a small leak in one ceiling, gave us great advise about how to take care of it, and did not charge us for his time and effort!!! I highly recommend them.
