I had an extremely frustrating and disrespectful experience with them. Went into the store mid-July, picked out carpet. Asked when was the earliest date they could do install and was told by Jeff July 31st. Confirmed that we would like to book that date as we had photo for our house sale on 8/4 and wanted the project done before then. He confirmed and said he would come out to measure. He did a few days later and I confirmed again that we were set for 7/31. On 7/30 I reached out to Jeff because I hadn't received any further information about what time we should expect the crew the next day, etc. He informed me he never put us on the schedule and the earliest he can get us in is 8/10. I explain that that is frustrating and ask if there is anyway they can get us in before 8/4. He tells me

We had our entire house done--carpet and vinyl sheet for kitchen and baths, and it is fantastic! They did an amazing job and their products are outstanding. We couldn't be happier.
