Excellent experience! From Shawn the estimate and measurement guy to Matt the owner and the two installers. Great customer service. Excellent communication. listened to what I wanted, gave me suggestions and understood the assignment and my wishes and needs. Very reasonable! No pressure. Highly recommend this company. I will be using them again in the near future.

I am writing to thank you and your company for the excellent service that was received throughout the planning and installation of our walk-in master closet. With out closet space being so large, I was at first at a loss of how to best plan and design the space. I had gone through a few other companies for ideas and was unimpressed with their suggestions. Fortunately, Volunteer Products came out to our home, took measurements, and listened to our requests and was able to figure out exactly what we were looking for. My husband and I were very impressed with the quality and workmanship of the product, not to mention the prompt and professional manner in which it was installed. We just wanted to thank you for your services and to say that we would highly recommend your company to others.

This company earned this rating. The sales consultant to the installation was well-planned, meticulous and overall a pleasant experience. We couldn't be happier with our wooden closet and pantry. Space was maximized beyond my expectations. Go Volunteer!

Absolutely horrible customer service. If I could give them zero stars, I would. RUN, don’t walk, from any business dealings with this company. It is surprising they are still in business given their bad reputation in the community….unfortunately, I had to find out first hand.
