I recently purchased carpet at Carpet One and had them arrange installation. Our special order carpet arrived in 2 business days and was installed the following day. Courtney helped us pick the perfect carpet and made all the arrangements. I highly recommend having her help, she’s great to work with.

Within three days, I already had my new carpet installed at home. The two guys who replaced the carpet did their job very professionally and quickly. I had been afraid to replace it for 20 years, but it turned out to be fast and easy. Highly recommend! 10/10.

Beautiful work, we are very happy with our experience! We had previously purchased the same tile and then cancelled with another store due to product and scheduling issues, so we came into the store knowing exactly which tile we wanted. We were able to order the same tile, which included a special border, grout, installation. The price was better, the installation was professional and beautifully done. Would use Stark Carpet One again and would recommend. (Edited to add photos)

They did a tile install at our condo. We left and gave them a month to do the job. They left a huge mess of dust, grit, footprints, voids in the grout, and dripped adhesive all over the tile, walls, and furniture. Really obvious stuff. If they cleaned up at all it was done by a blind man. We sent photos as requested of the poor work and were told the owner would get involved and make it right. Two months later, nothing. They even added a non-quoted $300 charge for floor leveling w/o asking us first. We didn't complain. I guess being easygoing earns their contempt. The only reason this isn't one star is that the tile work is passable and not a total disaster, I was able to fix their errors after perhaps 15 hours of work.
