This morning, I had a very concerning encounter with one of your company drivers. The driver was operating the vehicle erratically, using rude and abusive language, and appeared to intentionally engage in aggressive behavior, including repeatedly pressing the brakes in an attempt to cause an accident. When I safely managed to pass the vehicle, I informed the driver that I will be reporting his actions to the company. In response, he exited his truck and approached my vehicle in a threatening manner, as if intending to cause physical harm. This behavior is completely unacceptable and unprofessional, especially from someone representing your company on the road. Everyone that I've interacted with from this company has been nothing but courteous, knowledgeable, and respectful. We are looking forward to working with them for years to come. I highly recommend Vortech if you're considering them for installation or service of an HVAC system of any kind.

These people must have a contract with my building but when they turn the heat on for the winter season they put it so hard that it had to be at least 85° so for the last 8 months the building has been suffering with too much heat. Now they came a week ago and said they fixed the AC in all the units right this building has six floors with about what about maybe 15 units on every floor, but they are here today fixing 35 units. They are good at giving heat I'll give them that but this this company doesn't know nothing about air conditioning. They even have a fresh air vent pumping the heat and soot in the units. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!

These guys manage the office building my company operates out of. Always friendly. Quick and clean. When they're here, problems get solved.
