Vortex Doors

John is absolutely amazing!! He came out the next day to fix our ailing door, and our customers are happy once again that they can open it with ease 😊. We run a high-speed convenience store/gas station and having an easy to open entry doors absolutely essential to our flow and John at vortex doors took care of the problem very quickly, much appreciated!!

I am a Facilities Manager for a school. I call vortex when I am having issues with lock bar mechanisms. Jorge and Mario arrive on time and are friendly. They resolve the issues professionally and provide a lot of communication. I typically ask for them when I have a service call.

Mario and Joseph did an amazing job expediting the repair to our bay door for our business at Caliber. Highly recommend them if you need their service.

Had them come to my workplace for looking at and possibly repairing our door. They did not tell us when setting up the appointment that there is a minimum 30 minute travel time each direction (even though we’re at most 10 minutes away). Technician who came out while did specify that he doesn’t have anything to do with pricing) said it would probably be 250 maybe a little more for repairing it. No one told us there is actually a $408 hourly rate for the repairs on top of the travel. We didn’t find this out until we got emailed an invoice and had to call since there is no break down unless requested. 20-30 minutes of a barely repair cost over $700. Good news is lesson learned and there are a million other companies that can assist us in future needs.

Mario was just at my store installing a new door ! It took him less than an hour to get it all done , and the door works perfectly now. It used to be open several inches and never close. Thank you so much ! Now we can lock the door to use the bathroom!!!!
