Val and his crew from VP Grading were contracted to perform earthwork and grading services on our downtown Sacramento project. Unfortunately, their performance was substandard and caused significant delays and additional costs to the project. From the outset, it was clear that the team lacked adequate understanding and experience with cement-treated soil operations. We've used VP before and haven't had issues, besides a few surprise change orders but that's normal. Unfortunately our last job VP left our site significantly below grade (about 8") and is now not returning our calls, emails, nor texts to come back and finish it up. We won't be using VP Grading again.
