New parking garage right off Seaport Blvd. Rate is average for the area. They have plenty of bike storage about about 11 EV charging stations. You do have to pay for charging which was $0.52/kWh for me.

If you stay overnight (for example 6pm -6pm) you will pay for two days, not 24 hrs. It’s not written anywhere. Otherwise, clean place but feels like you get scammed.
