Terrible experience. Rude gate attendant wouldn’t allow me to park here even after I already paid using ParkWhiz. Trying to dispute this. Would give Negative 5 stars if that was optional.
Guys took my ticket to scan to pay, yelled at me for not scanning said ticket to pay, then got upset when we didn’t tip after taking 20 minutes to get the car up as the only people waiting.
Literally worst experience. There was no parking spots even though we had reservations and the man working there (7/10 at 1:40pm) was absolutely rude and disrespectful.
I park here quite a bit, and all the attendants are very friendly and helpful. I'd recommend to park here, prices not bad either!
The worst parking lot, they crashed my car and the made me pay extra just because he wanted. DO NOT PARK HERE!
