My home is near your location, and I called to request service for a garbage disposal issue. Unfortunately, I was unable to get through, as my calls were not answered and it seems my request was ignored during your normal business hours.

Despite initially promising work, our experience with VSA soured due to scheduling delays, poor communication, and essential electrical work discovered incomplete after final payment was made.
