VSS Countertops Inc.

Purchased date was on 6/28/24 from Lowe's, material from Consentino and fabricator VSS Countertops. VSS had my template done on 7/17/24 and installation was scheduled for 9/3/24 - 9/4/24. On 8/30/24, John Servin project manager called and advised that my slabs didn't come in and that installation date will be rescheduled. He stated that he will pick up my slabs on Monday 9/1/24 and follow up with a new installation date. However, I never heard from VSS or John. I tried calling many times and no answer. But when I used my husband's phone to call, VSS picked up. Smh, I called and complained to Lowe's many times about the whole situation, but there was little they could do, but just told me that they'll follow up was VSS and escalate the issue. New installation date was scheduled for 9/17

I am giving 2 stars for their delivery guy Miguel, otherwise this would be negative stars. First impression was not good. Drove to their location to see counter samples. I was asked to fill out paperwork then ignored. Was told Lucia would be with me when she got off the phone. She didn't get off the phone the whole time I was there, I ended up having to ask someone if it would be better if I left since it didn't appear that they had time for me. Then all of a sudden a different lady showed me some samples. While I was there the boss was screaming and cussing at 2 different employees, at 1 point he either punched or kicked a metal garbage can. I was told one date on my delivery then got another one. Countertops were not done properly. I had given them exact specific sizes for the pieces th

Zero stars should be an options. I'd never purchase anything that this company has any involvement in ever again! Terrible communication. Non existent actually. 2 week wait time turns into another 2 week wait time and another 2 week wait time. If they tell you 2 weeks. Expect at least 2 months with zero communication in between. They'll even schedule an install and no show. Terrible company.

Customer service could have been a little better, but ultimately I'm really happy with the results. Glad it all worked out in the end!

VSS is not good at communication. You will always have to call them first. They will be just about to call you. They demolished my kitchen and were never able to finish. They were always going to finish. After 3 months without a kitchen. I hired someone else to put my kitchen back together. Save yourself from my nightmare and expense. Find someone else who can call you back, do things professionally and in proper order. Don't get left hanging for months without a working kitchen.
