When I contacted Vasquez Lopez LLC, Francisco got back with me quickly and came to look at the job promptly. He was professional and not high pressured in his offers for the job I found Francisco and his team to be very professional and thorough with their work. They spent a lot of time removing peeling paint and putting down primer. They put down multiple coats of silver paint which makes the roof look very nice! They were neat and cleaned up well after the job was completed. I would highly recommend Francisco and his team for roof painting or any other construction project you may have.

Couldn’t recommend more highly! We called them on Friday and they were able to fit us into their schedule on Saturday. They are detail oriented and do great work. I wouldn’t hesitate to call them for their services again and world recommend to family and friends.

Francisco and team cut and installed a huge butcher block countertop, including a cutout and install for a farmhouse sink. The butcherblock had to be cut in a "v" for an L shape and match its counterpart. Since my house is old, he had to work miracles to make sure everything was lined up and flush, even though the walls and cabinets were not. He also pulled an old vanity in the bathroom and installed a new one. Super professional, everything looks wonderful. Reasonably priced.

Francisco and his team from Vázquez López LLC were very thorough, completing the exterior trim painting on time and for a very reasonable cost. It was a 5 day project and they were always on time, courteous, cleaned up everything at the end of each day and provided superior result with their painting expertise. I would highly recommend them for any painting job. A++

I can speak very favorably of Francisco, owner of Vazquez Lopez LLC. Over the course of ten years, Francisco has painted my house, stucco'd my chimney, stucco'd cinder blocks walls in the back of my house, installed shiplap on my porch ceilings, installed a metal ceiling under my deck so we could use the space underneath, more and more house painting inside, repaired drywall, and trimmed out my "out of plumb" third floor walls and ceiling that had a tall hip roof. All at a resonable and fair price. I am certain there is more jobs I have forgotten. And when he did not have the availability to repair my front porch, he graciously found someone for me to do the work that he trusted. You are in good hands with Vazquez Lopez LLC!!!
