W A Lynch Roofing Co

My business rents commercial space in Culpeper. I am usually very leery of landlord provided service firms. We recently developed a problem with water leaking into our space. Erin from W A Lynch was dispatched to review our problem. She was so professional and thorough in her inspection and repair. My office manger and I were truly impressed. W A Lynch is very fortunate to have someone like Erin on their team. She didn’t leave till she identified and repaired all the leaks on the roof. She keept us totally informed of her progress. Nothing but great things to say about W A Lynch and Erin. Highly recommend.

Zach and his crew worked hard fast we had a difficult roof with many leaks. The house is dry. The crew cleaned up so well it was like they were not there each day they left. Zach and his crew were polite and hard working. My wife and liked working with them.

After suspecting we had some roof damage we called W A Lynch right away and asked if there was anyone available to give us an estimate. Two gentlemen came out that day and assessed the situation and even helped put a tarp over the area until they could come back and repair in a few days. We are so grateful for their responsiveness and for going over and beyond right before a storm comes in!!

I needed repair of an old slate roof. Lynch came out right away, gave a clear and competitive estimate, and did a beautiful job. Both Jack Masloff and Zach Swanson were professional and responsive - by text or email - to questions. My project was delayed a couple of months for another project, but they came to discuss that with me in person. I highly recommend this company.

They came out, looked at the job and said they would do the work but that was the last I heard from them. I called several times over the course of months to get an update, leaving voicemail messages as well as messages with their secretary but I never heard back. Just a courtesy call to say they are busy or whatever is the least they could do when they commit to a job. Because of Lynch I wasted 6 months - nothing done. If you want someone dependable and responsive I highly recommend you look elsewhere. W.A. Lynch is neither of those.
