Very disappointed in the services. They put in a new heat pump and fix my heat and it broke within 24 hours I called them back they fixed it again and then it broke again in three more days. And every time they're here they never replace parts. They're like switching wires around. Maybe like they wired up some things wrong. Which could have burned down my house. I will never ever recommend them to anyone not even my worst enemy. Never been so disappointed with a company

They're very cocky and arrogant and doing poor job. And may I add they're just not nice people. They need God. maybe treat others like they want to be treated. I would never recommend them to anyone ever.

My downstairs AC unit went out last night. The unit was set to 69 but it was 73 degrees inside when I got up (and it was only going to get warmer as the day progressed). I went outside to look at the unit and it was not engaging. I called W.F. Parker at about 7:30 on a Monday morning, described the problem, and he said he could be out shortly. He showed up a little over an hour later, fixed the problem (the capacitor was fried) and was done in about 30 minutes. AC worked great after that. What a relief, considering we were heading into 8 straight days of humid, 90+ degree July heat. Same day fix at the beginning of a heat wave and at a reasonable price? I have never felt so compelled to leave a review as I am now feeling to do so about this company. . I have never left a review on a company. Take heed on what the other customer stated who left a 1 star review. My experiences on a job done recently affirms what the other reviewer stated. I hired them to do plumbing work. My laundry room sink was left dirty with slug in the sink after snaking the drain. The caulking used to seal the kitchen sink drain is peeling off and washes off when filling up the kitchen sink There were discrepancies on the itemized bill Judith Parker the billing person handled those discrepancies with rudeness and unprofessionalism . What a pleasure dealing with reliable professionals at WF Parker. Despite tough access and working conditions, Parkers fixed the issue quickly and at a great price. I will definitely use them again. The tech came back in the evening to finish after getting a part. Tough to find that level of dedication these days. Easily deserves the five stars and more. I used A-Advanced to fix the A/C previously and they were like crooks in my opinion.
