I LOVE our new fence & railing! Couldn't be happier with the service and product! George was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. For all that say you had too much material... you do have excess material when you're done (from what is cut off). George was very precise about the measurements and in doing so your fence/railing will be more visually appealing. Your fence/railing sections will be equal and accurate. If I could give zero stars I would. My contractor was Spanish speaking. The husband in this couple-ran business insisted that he needed more materials than what he actually needed. When I contacted the company in effort to refund... I was informed that there are no refunds of of any sort. SOOOO DISAPPOINTED. I feel very manipulated. Mind you, I am a special education teacher who gives so much to my students and community!

I take back me negative review after Lori took the time to cal me and explain the issue. These distributers are at the mercy of the suppliers who are at the mercy of the workforce. We can thank Biden for dishing out unemployment checks so no one wants to go back to work hence no building suppliers are available! Bottom line is Lori was so kind in explaining the misunderstanding as they do not have produce to sell! Thank you for calling me Lori.

With novice expertise in fencing, my wife relied on a contractor and the "experts" at WP fencing to accurately measure then provide materials. We were left with TONS of material and the company refuses to reimburse us

These guys were bias to my contractors who only spoke Spanish... Insisting that they needed more than what they asked for... as a result we paid for hundreds of dollars in extra materials & were told that they don’t refund... so disheartening!
