Great customer service and very helpful employees. Would give 6 stars if I could.

Recently took on an outdoor utility sink, outdoor shower project. Little did I know how useful this would become during the pandemic crisis as my “decontamination area“ prior to entering my house from my essential work place. The counter staff at the Mike Padgett Hwy location took a personal interest in my DIY efforts and really made it easy to leave with all the various pieces, fittings, piping and construction hints/ suggestions to have great success. I am grateful for all they did to ease my mind and encourage me. I am happy to report we are all still healthy. This job finished about a month before the virus hit our country but I thank the good Lord for the counter guys. Prices were very fair and comparable to big box stores.

These guy's are great. Mike, Ryan, Greg more than helpful. Very knowledgeable, willing to help you figure out any problem. I've been doing this for 25+ years and WA Bragg is the most helpful best customer service I've found.

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff that can save a lot $$ and frustration over the know-nothing Lowes or home Depot guy or gal. They can - and will - recommend (for free) a good plumber when you shouldn't attempt a repair. Just good customer service and the right parts.

The best plumbing supply chain in the state. This store is the best in Augusta. They staff couldn't have been more friendlier. They were very knowledgeable about any plumbing problems.
