Rick was outstanding. Turned out that I didn’t need a $1k job on my radiator as my previous plumber thought was the problem. He was honest and saved me a lot of unnecessary work/money. He photographed where the leak was actually coming from- a poor solder job by the previous plumber- and took the time to explain to me how to discuss it intelligently with the previous plumber (who happily fixed his mistake). Even the original guy gave Rick high marks for his integrity and honesty. I couldn’t be more pleased!

Gambrills has done a number of small jobs at my mothers condo in Towson and is always reliable, timely and reasonable cost. Steve & Rich are both great

I'm a little bit torn about the service I got with WA Gambrill Plumbing. I had them quote me to replace and reposition a whole house water filter. I was quoted $450 but after they finished their work I was given a bill of $834.48. That is a pretty big difference in what I was quoted. If they quoted me that $800 bucks originally, I probably would not have gotten the work done so I feel like I was baited and switch. That is why I'm so torn up about this because the work they did was very top notch, they were polite while at my home, very efficient, they were clean, and they were helpful in explaining everything. I just wish they were more accurate in their original quote. If it was going to be more than what was quoted I wish they would have been more upfront and let me know before even doin

I had a problem with a clogged drain that needed to be snaked. On the advice of a good friend, I called W. A. Gambrill Plumbing, since she had used them before. Not only was the service fast-one and a half hours from my call to the job being completed-but Barbara’s crew were friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. I’ll have them back soon for another job I’ve been wanting to complete. If I could give ten stars I would. Do not hesitate to give these fine folks your business!!

W.A. Gambrill installed new faucets and piping in bathroom vanities including a new sink bowl. Additionally, they installed new valves for the basement piping. The quality of the work was excellent, the plumbers were professional in resolving all issues, the office staff was responsive to scheduling, and the price was very reasonable. I highly recommend this local firm.
