Super pleased we used Wabash Valley for roof, gutters, downspouts, and misc trim board replacement. Crews were very knowledgeable, curtious, and keep work area cleaned up. We have ongoing problems in 2 valley areas over past 20 years and Ken offered a straight forward cost effective solution that actually worked! I've been told to never put your eggs in one basket, and I should've considered that when choosing this company. Found them online, good reviews, friendly staff, but terrible communication. Again, terrible communication. After 3-4 months of talking with insurance to result that my roof replacement would be a patch job, I couldn't get any answers from anyone at this company. Spoke with about 4 or 5 different people all saying they would get back to me but never did. Still waiting to hear back after 2 months from finding out that insurance won't cover a new roof. I feel weird "shopping around" quotes when I'de rather find a quality business and give them my money. But sticking with this company is like talking to a brick wall. This company did a great job. Caleb came out to give an estimate and explained everything in detail. The crew of about 10 people were very hard and competent workers. Good team. Very polite. They started the work a little after sunrise and continued to work until a little after dark and got most of the job done. A small group of 3 came back the next day to finish up the job. Good clean-up and took care to protect our house and landscaping.

Ryan with Wabash Valley Exteriors was amazing! I initially called WVE because my roof was leaking. Within an hour Ryan was at my door, took a look at it, and diagnosed the problem. He was back a day later (when the roof was dry) and repaired it in 15 minutes. It hasn't leaked since! Ryan then came back and cleaned my gutters. He was quick, neat, and as you can see from the pictures, he did a great job!

The roof on our barn was in rough shape with layers of old shingles on top of cedar shake. The entire process from inspection and estimating by Caleb to the crew that completed this project in two days was smooth and beyond expectation. We will definitely recommend this company and use them for future projects!
