We use Wadel’s at our shopping center in Shippensburg, and they’ve been consistently reliable and easy to work with. The office staff is responsive, organized, and communicates clearly, which makes scheduling and coordination straightforward. Requests are handled promptly, follow-through is solid, and I never feel like things are falling through the cracks. Since I manage the property remotely, it’s reassuring to have a company I can trust to handle things correctly without needing to be on site. Highly recommend.

When I first interviewed Jason when he stopped by to gather information for his free estimate. He was not your typical hvac installer. He listened to my questions, concerns, and situation. I didn't know or meet him prior to this visit. He did a great job connecting to his customers 👏! He has the perfect personality and answered all my questions, didn't avoid any of my silly questions. He explained every option there is when it came to a heat pump. Low seer to high efficiency seer...... Once I decided which unit I wanted..... I was put on their schedule..... Install day...... the service technician called 30 minutes before asking if it was OK to arrive in 30 minutes to do this install.... who does this? It was so unexpected and very professional. Calle them for a quote on new a new unit, mines 19 yrs old Mann heating told me its was shot got a quote for 10500. Figured id get more quotes but jason comes out and says i can prolly fix it if u want me to look at tomorrow has he didnt have his work van at the time. He got busy the next day but sent one of his techs out. 45 mins later i had a running unit and off emergency heat mann put me on 2 weeks prior bcus they wanted me to purchase a new unit. Thanks to wadel he saved me 10k for now and yes i know its 19 yrs old but his quote was for 8300 same unit

The compressor went out in my outdoor unit, and I can't imagine things going anywhere smoother than they did. Blake was professional, quick, and knowledgeable.
