A family member recommended Wagner. From planning to ordering to installing Wagner’s staff was awesome to work with. Greg helped us decide what would work best in our older house, he made sure all our info was available to the owner while he was on vacation, and even emailed us while he was on vacation. Ty and Ray installed our floor and it is beautiful. They were efficient and knowledgeable. I will be hiring Wagner again and highly recommended them to anyone who wants a quality job done.

We stopped in at Wagners looking for a floor for our bathrooms. Worked with Greg who helped us every step of the way. Such a pleasure to work with him. Found a perfect piece in the remnant area saving us hundreds. Went back for our second bath and did the same. Such a great selection of products to choose from in all areas. We will definitely be back when it is time to do our kitchen. We highly recommend Wagner Rug and Flooring.

We went to several carpet stores and ended back at Wagner Rug & Flooring. We found they had the best prices, selection and the salesman, Greg, was very helpful without being pushy. Manny, the installer, was very professional. Very friendly, nice guy to deal with. The carpets look beautiful. He did a couple of walk though to make sure everything was spotless before he left. Will definitely use and recommend Wagner Rug again

I did not actually work with Wagner as we choose to go a different route with our stairs but I want to say they have top notch customer service. Greg was super responsive, showed up on time with the samples as he promised. He made sure to follow up with me and was kind. The price came back very affordable as well. I would recommend this company.

We had some older carpets that needed to be stretched to remove bumps. We sent an online inquiry and were able to get an estimate and put on the schedule pretty quickly. The installer arrived on time and did a great job. We're very happy with our experience.
