Wahl's Appliance & Mattress

We recently purchased a rerigerator and a mattress set. We are very pleased with the value, ease of transaction, delivery, and installation. There is a peace of mind buying from a local store that has it's own service department rather than a third party 800 number.

So the buy went well, refrigerator came with a defective water valve, it'd been like pulling teeth to get it fixed. Customer service just keeps giving me a runaround, does not call back when they say they will, last response was they were having "technical difficulties" with their parts provider???? So, over a week of difficulty. I've had other appliances repaired and the parts could come overnight or the next day. The guy who answers the phone needs customer service training. 2/17/26 Another week has gone by, no call, no part, no service. Update, after 4 weeks of notification to the seller, today is 2/24/26, my appliance has been repaired...by their competition. I had to call the manufacturer, and they hooked me up with a qualified warranty repair from Main Appliance, 1 week from the call

Recently I purchased a Whirlpool dishwasher, fridge, and stove from Wahls. Unfortunately, I must express my disappointment with how the entire process unfolded. Firstly, upon purchasing the units it was not communicated to me that I would be responsible for BOTH the refrigerator and dishwasher installation, they only told me about the fridge, which ended up costing me $300. Significantly higher than the original estimate of $100-150 for just the fridge install. Additionally, upon delivery, I discovered that my dishwasher arrived without a toe guard, I went to pick up the toe guard from the store, their contracted plumber tried to install it and it did not fit. My husband and I went to Wahl’s recently to kind of window shop as our fridge isn’t working as well as it should and we wanted to see what’s out there. Nate, the owner, approached us promptly and asked if we needed any help. We let him know what we were looking for and he was so helpful and knowledgeable. He showed us a few different refrigerator models and gave us the pros and cons of each. We ended up finding a fantastic fridge at an amazing price. We went to Wahls to look for a refrigerator. Bought a Maytag. We have been buying our appliances here for many years and as before the staff was very helpful and professional. We have never been disappointed.
