Highly recommend! Very thorough and the report was easy to take action. My home was a new build, and it was easy to communicate the issues to the builder by sending the report. All the issues were fixed. I was specifically looking for thermal imaging because I had concerns about leaks behind the wall (no issues found) and Walden was only one to offer it around the area. I even called months later about my roof and my questions were immediately answered.

This year was my first time buying a home. Naturally, when told I needed the house inspected, I didn’t know what to expect. Dustin was our inspector and he was great. He arrived at our house before we did and was already looking at things. He even had a drone to inspect the roof! He was extremely informative and friendly and had no problem answering our millions of questions. After the inspection, I felt much more educated about the ins and outs of maintaining a home.
