I found this company to be difficult to deal with (slow) and not competitive or transparent in their pricing. I went in for a small carpet install. They were good at showing me carpets and helping me choose the right one, and were friendly. However, when it came time to give me a price, they kept changing the cost of the installation in unofficial back-of-the envelope quotes with no justification. Then, they said they’d need to come measure to give me a firm quote (this is fair). It took them a week to come to my house to measure and another week to send me a quote. I called in twice to check on when I’d actually get the quote and they brushed me off as if they were annoyed, saying at first that I’d get it on Monday but then changing that to an indefinite time period because the only perso
