Walgreens

I get my prescriptions here and almost never have a hold up. The pharmacy staff is very professional and timely. I also shop the store regularly. I almost never leave the store without purchasing at least 1 or 2 items(and most of the time I'm buying $25-$60 on various toiletries and cosmetics so that I always have an extra one at home). I like Walgreens because they have good sales on (bathroom and makeup items) I use the most. Tonight I walked into the store and was on the phone with a friend while I looked around and shopped. I came into the store initially for mascara and another Kiss nail kit(I have spent an embarrassingly large amount of money over the last 15 years, specifically at Walgreens in Washington state and now New Mexico, on artificial nail sets). Only 1 person, Theresa, taking care of Liquor Dept, Photo Dept, Main Cashier in front and answering the phone for Pharmacy, too. It was 5:30 when I arrived. I've been a customer for at least 15 years. Theresa has been there a very long time. She works hard to provide excellent service. Why has her schedule been changed from days to night shift? Why is she the only one tending the entire store, except pharmacy. There have been at least 2 stabbings in that store, as it is located close to the Homeless encampment. She appears to be close to retirement age. This I totally unacceptable. I will be watching, and will keep calling corporate 1-800-Walgreens.

This store will never make a dollar from me again ! My Girlfriend went in two get milk, sugar, cigarettes for me . She comes to truck hands me cigarettes. ITS NOT what I smoke ! She goes back in to trade for the right ones ! The manger says we can’t give you the right ones ! Because you walked out of the store, it was (not even a minute ) that she was out of the store ! and she went right back in ! They tell her that she cannot trade them. Then I had to go to another store to get right ones ! And I am stuck with a pack of cigarettes That I Don’t smoke ! I spend a lot of money at this establishment Every month ! Like I said, they will never ever get another dollar from me or my family again !

Very disappointed with this pharmacy. The app and their online system never works as intended. You always end up having to come in person and make multiple trips to resolve issues. The staff has always been friendly to me but the pharmacist (Breanna) has not. Perhaps because of the recent class action lawsuit, they are now afraid to prescribe ANY pain-related medications. The pharmacist refused to refill my full prescription and treated me like I had a drug dependency. She did everything she could to prevent me from receiving much needed (dare I say life saving) medication for my severe migraines. She tried to say it wasn't cover by my insurance (even though it was just the COST that wasn't covered). Then, she tried to say it was out of stock (but it wasn't). Surely, she has never had a se

Waited 10-15 minutes before walking out. Was 2nd in line behind some people who wanted to dispute prices on every item. By this time, a line of an additional 5 or 6 people were behind me. Another worker finally decided to open another register after about 5 minutes, but only checked out the last 2 or 3 people to get in line instead of taking the next in line and then quit ringing people up. Then, the people ahead of me didnt have enough to pay, so the checker then calls for a mgr to come void the transaction and we wait. After a few minutes, she tries calling the mgr again to void the transaction. While the 1 checker called and waited for a manager to void their transaction, workers again opened a 2nd register, this time in cosmetics and yet again, they tell the last people in line they ca
