absolutely excellent customer service from the manager and the photo shop guy in the back both were courteous help me with my situation and couldn't ask for a better visit The place was clean friendly and inviting so kudos to you and m139 and Napier Walgreens because of your help I'll be back

The Workers are so DISRESPECTFUL!! The old white guy with glasses who work cashier is RUDE! He always has something mean to say about me, and lastnight was the last straw. I honestly cant even shop in peace because he has an opinion on me & what I purchase. I’m reporting him

I waited 15 minutes in the drive through pharmacy while they serviced two cars on the other side before me. (It should have been one car on the left and then me.) I shouldn't have had to wait 15 minutes for any service when I was the first one in the line on the other side. When I politely asked the pharmacist what time my prescriptions would be available for pick up she replied with 3:30 then I said thank you and she replied rudely with "yep". I did tell her I didn't appreciate her attitude and she continued to make remarks saying she wasn't being rude. I chose to drive off.

Rude pharmacy staff & too busy pharmacist. Took Covid booster appointment for me & my wife. Reached 5 mins before, they signed us in at time. And kept us awaited for next 30 min, then came for one document. And then again kept us awaited for next 15 min. Asked representative to get us priority. But she was like you can leave if you can't wait anymore. Full rude, looks like she is boss of Walgreens. Later canceled whole appointment and left by tearing documents apart in 😡

that elderly white man that where's the glasses is very rude i hardly go into there at that store I walked in the door he literally was staring right at me I was 15 minutes early before it was time to close he was literally all that time watching me and staring at me not one time he come and ask me when he knew I was going from one aisle to the other trying to find what I needed to get and I still couldn't find it not one time he came up to me and ask me mam do you need help finding anything not one time instead he stairs right at you I have work and still from this day I have work but in a restaurant but let me tell you my customers will always come first it takes a lot of me to get mad but this time there was know why I wasn't going to speak up he is a very rude employee I think Walgreen
