Walgreens

In the neighborhood and needed a couple Amazon gift cards. They have a pretty large selection, so it was easy to find what I needed. Normally this is a quick in and out stop. At this location, the cashier was having a very good time chatting with the folks in line. On one hand it was kind of cute, but after a while it started to drag on. The group behind me was also getting impatient.

The pharmacy staff and at least one pharmacist is really rude. Two days ago, I went in to pick up a medication. It was out of stock and they let me know they had ordered it and it would be in Today. Today, I called to see if it was ready and they told me it wasn't in, and had no interest in giving me information on when it would be in. I asked if they could check with other locations, and got a big fat no. The pharmacist told me "maybe I'll have time to check tomorrow or Saturday. I don't know. We're busy." I made my own calls, and the Wales Walgreens pharmacist was very nice. He let me know the medication would be in the next day. It took him a total of 15 seconds to find that out. Thank you Wales Walgreens.

Stopped at the pharmacy to get Sudafed and the girl working was one of the most unfriendliest, rudest people. Rushed through the entire transaction and listening to her speak on the phone was even more appalling. Has absolutely no customer service skills. I get that retail pharmacy across the board is a rough gig and overall good customer service anywhere is hard to find these days, but this girl seriously should consider a different job especially one that isn’t customer facing. Consider going elsewhere to avoid a poor experience.

This is THE worst pharmacy in the world! Rude every time. Takes forever. They call and say it’s ready. You go there it isn’t. They are all miserable. And it makes everyone they are waiting on miserable. I hate this pharmacy. I’m going to start driving ten extra miles just to avoid this place

Dawn , Emily , and Stacey made my experience great . Emily and Stacey work back in the pharmacy and Dawn is a. Manager of some sort . Always great seeing a smiling face !
