⭐️ 1 Star Review Today Saturday January 10, 2026 I had one of the most frustrating pharmacy experiences I’ve ever had at the Walgreens on 4th Street & Loop 281 in Longview. This morning, I sat on hold for 40 minutes and 48 seconds before someone finally answered the phone. I explained that the automated system gave no update on my prescription and did not state it was ready, because I had previously been told the medication had to be ordered. The employee said, “Oh ma’am, I’m so sorry, I’ll have to put you on hold,” and placed me on hold before I could even respond. After several more minutes, the line rang and then disconnected. I called back and asked to speak to the store manager — not available. I asked for the pharmacy manager — also not available. I asked for the corporate number,

First of all, I went to get coloring pages printed and this worker Brisa charged me for 8 PHOTOS and gave me ONE and said I was good to go. As I was walking out the door I opened the bag and there was one picture. I went up and confronted her about it and she said she was “gonna tell me” yet made no effort to and was gonna let me pay the full amount for EIGHT PHOTOS while actually getting ONE photo. After this she went on break so she didn’t have to deal with her mistakes. The managers were very nice and helped us with the printer, and actually ended up giving us a refund, but this woman should NOT be working here in fact she shouldn’t be working anywhere at all. Such a nasty little girl.

Pharmacy is temporarily closed and I have no way of getting meds for my son. I am currently on hold for the nearest Walgreens to see if they can transfer, but currently on hold for 26 minutes.

Nothing about this pharmacy or its staff is worth even a star. They denied my prescription from Longview regional because it was handwritten and not electronic. They claimed there was no “directions” for the medication that was a dose pack… it literally comes with the directions on the package. They also claimed they could not accept my prescription due to my DOB not being written on the prescription but that’s just bs… save the headache these people don’t have a clue what they are doing! Go elsewhere

I’ve been to my fair share of Walgreens pharmacies in several different states…this is, by far, the worst one I’ve ever been to. If you can, have your prescriptions sent somewhere else. If you go here, don’t say I didn’t warn you.
