Made an appointment to receive the varicella shot for 11:30 am. Came early around or at 11:04 am. Didn’t receive my shot until 11:38 am. Only one person was in front of me and it was 3 pharmacy technicians and 1 pharmacy. Not sure what took so long. I understand the appointment is to hold a spot or reserve but if im early by more than 20 minutes mins. I should received my shot on time or even earlier than my scheduled appointment time

The amount of time this store has had their fridge out of service is disgusting and unsanitary at this point and says a lot about management. Also, the consistency in which they stock their shelves is subpar as well. I’ve waited months before providing this review to see if they would improve and they haven’t. It’s ridiculous. If it weren’t for the fridge I would have given them a 2 but no. Sorry, some things like WHERE FOOD AND DRINK IS KEPT COOL, being out of service for this long, is unacceptable.

This is the most unorganized, rude, and poorly managed pharmacy I have ever dealt with. Every, and I’m not exaggerating, every time I have come to pick up my son’s prescription they either say they don’t have it or it’s not ready. I just waited an hour for them to fill a prescription that they said would be 25 minutes.

The pharmacy takes forever, and they are completely rude when you call. I’m traveling and travel frequently, so I use Walgreens all over and this is by far the worst.

Awesome customer service, specifically the pharmacy staff. Whichever gentleman helped me this evening (7/9/24 around 5:30) with my medication transfers was so helpful and went above and beyond to make up for another locations mistakes. I wish I had asked his name so I could mention him specifically. I have never had a problem with this location, highly recommended. Thank you so much for your hard work.
