I recently made a $500 deposit for a unit that Jack claimed was in “great condition (like new).” However, when I received the product, it was rusty and in poor condition, far from what was promised. When I reached out to address the issue and requested a refund, Jack became argumentative and refused to return my deposit despite sending me a product that did not match the description. If there was a 0 star option that’s what I would give. Promised a job to be done. Did not complete the job after a month. Didn’t show up for 10 days straight. Very combative and unprofessional. I want to forewarn anyone trying to use this Jacque as a contractor to beware. You will not get a complete job. The work he did do is completely trashed and has to be scrapped. Protect your business from this person and company.

The contractors were very professional, and very polite. They did a great job installing a Cooler in my place. I couldn't be more happier and I was so satisfied with their work
