I only gave one star because the "Rate and review" requires at least one star. Made an appointment and no one from Walker Appliance showed up for the appointment. I even called their office at 2 pm the day of the appointment to confirm the appointment and to let them know I was heading home to meet the repair guy. The girl in the office told me the repair man was almost finished with the job before mine and would call just before he came to my house. Still no call. I called the office again around 5:45 pm and of course they were closed. I left a message for someone to call to let me know what happened. Still, no call the next business day, which was Monday, and still no call from them since then. Not only did I not get my refrigerator repaired or receive a phone call, I lost $130 in pay b

I was told over the phone a couple scenarios of price to fix my frig. They said it depends on what exactly is wrong with the frig and what all needs to be replaced. I was worried I would be charged the highest price no matter what. You just can't trust people these days. They were friendly. Came to the house promptly. And charged me less then the highest possible price I was quoted over the phone. I feel they are an honest company. And will definitely use them again!

I had the technician come out twice for my dryer (one part he had on hand the other had to be ordered) and he was very professional and friendly both times. Very honest company and fixed my dryer at a very affordable price. Much cheaper than having to purchase a new one. Highly recommend this company!

Two stars. Would only give one for service. But I will give a star for minimal effort. $300 to come out and tell us we needed a new drain line for the fridge. Happy to pay for a fix, money isn't the issue. The issue is the fix didn't change anything and when my wife and I both independently called back for follow-up all we got was "sorry, don't know what is wrong with it."

Repairman came and diagnosed what was wrong with the oven and told me he’d follow up with me early in the week after. Gave him an entire week before calling back and was told the repairman would return my call when he came back from his current assignment. Waited all that afternoon and did not receive a call back. I called again the next day and same situation. Use this business if you want to throw a hundred or so for someone to tell you what’s wrong and then never update you unless they can fit it into their busy schedule
