I just returned from my trip across Minneapolis to pick up 22 sheets of drywall. I felt like I was inconveniencing their operation. The front desk guy was pretty nice but he got my order wrong. No big deal... until I went to get loaded and discovered (after we loaded a few sheets) that it was wrong. That is when I started to get some serious attitude from the loader/forklift operator. The guy was downright abrasive and was pretty much sour for the entire time he helped me load my drywall into my pick-up. He also seemed in a hurry and was really pushy. For instance, I was sliding a sheet of drywall off the forklift and he started pulling away before I was able to get the sheet into the truck... and it dinged up the corners of my drywall He did this to me twice! I'd say... there are a

on street parking for semi trucks. best to be ready at 330am to get unloaded because if you get there after 9am their trucks start coming back to get reloaded, you might be there for awhile. The unloader Jack is awsome. He is quick, fast and efficient. Thank you Jack.

This place is a nightmare... The guy at the order desk was highly confused to put it nicely. Didnt even know what certain drywall products were. Some basic items (like drywall shims) they didnt even carry. Once we finally got an order pieced together with the products they actually did have, we weren't given good instruction of where to drive around to wait for our order, so we ended up driving around the warehouse where we were met by an employee that was screaming at us along with a jerk forklift operator who wouldn't get out of our way to let us out. Once we found the back of the yard where we determined we should have been waiting we were met by another forklift operator that was pissed off at the guy at the sales desk for not getting some of the small items together. Never going
