Great experience with Waller’s Plumbing. They were fair in pricing and had good communication. Matthew and his crew did an amazing job installing our new boiler. They were professional and on-time.

We had Matt to install a water softener at our house. The space was super small with several equipment constraints. We are extremely happy with the quality of work, Matt's responsiveness, the quality of the install, and Matt's attention to detail. We sincerely appreciate his attention to detail and the time he takes to be certain that the customer is trilled with the job. Matt is definitely customer focused and extremely courteous.

We've been using Waller's for 17 years now. There's a new generation on the roster and I'm impressed as heck with the quality and even aesthetics of their work. I feel really lucky to have such a great team here of knowledgeable plumbers in town. I recently had them hook up a hybrid heat pump water heater. They actually took the manual home to study it before the main work, then got it in, took out the old water heater and boiler, and capped the gas lines. The new install works great and looks phenomenal, I've never seen pipes look this good.

My water heater suddenly needed to be replaced one weekend after it started spewing natural gas from the controller into my garage. Waller's plumbing was prompt to come fix it and did an excellent job on the plumbing needed to connect the water heater. Unfortunately, they installed a "lemon" water heater the first time (the water heater itself was leaking from the top seam nowhere near the plumbing. It was extremely odd and unlikely to happen to anyone else). Waller's was prompt to come check it out the next day after I noticed the leak and replaced it immediately. I could not have asked for a better experience. I will definitely use them again for my future plumbing needs and recommend them to all of my friends.

They are the WORST! DO NOT call them for any job. We had a clogged toilet (simple plugged line). Over 4 hours and $479 later NOTHING was accomplished. The toilet was re-clogged soon after and the toilet was reseated improperly and now leaks at the base. The inept person they sent to do the job also improperly installed faucet washers or didn't install them at all. To add insult to injury we were charged for the washers that we actually provided. Owner could care less when contacted.
