Wallflower Remodeling

Zoe started remodeling my bathrooms almost nine months ago and she still isn't done. She rarely responds to texts or answers my calls. She has an excuse for everything. She has lied to me several times. I do not recommend Wallflower Remodeling. Pictures as of 5/20/25..project started August 2024. 06/18/25 UPDATE...The trash piles outside of my house are still not picked up. Zoe told me that plumbing and trim would be completed this week (and trash would be removed), but no one showed up on the days she told me. She also has not responded to my texts from the last 6 days. 08/21/25 UPDATE: Disappointed by how awful Zoe is on a daily basis. I offered to pay subs directly to get the project completed. There is still no action and it is practically impossible to get a response out of her. No

We hired Zoe Roberson of Wallflower Remodeling in late April 2025 to complete a primary bedroom suite remodel. By the end of June when the framing was almost complete we terminated our contract. Zoe had not paid most of the subcontractors who had worked on the job, i.e. HVAC, Plumbing, Electrician and Plumbing, although we had paid her in advance for this work. She also did not supervise the work and we are still paying new contractors to correct mistakes. It has been a complete nightmare. Do not use her for any work as you will be left high and dry. I would give her less then one star if possible.

Very poor when it comes to doing business. We were hired by her as a subcontractor to perform a tile job, that we performed and completed just as discussed with her about this project we did in wilson nc. Once we reached to completion of project, we didn't get paid and have taken her to court. We won the case and are now awaiting to file a writ of execution since we have not heard a word from Mrs. Zoe Marie Roberson or wallflower remodeling. This has been going on since the month of May until now.

Great work in a timely manner! I would 100% recommend them for any of your home improvement needs!

Zoe was very helpful from the design process at the beginning to having my kitchen professionally cleaned at the end.
