Can't say enough good things about the town plow driver (Will) who cleared the snow from my neighborhood on 2/1. He took the time to ensure no ice chunks were left at the end of residential driveways, making shoveling for the residents less stressful and difficult...and during COVID when we're all struggling a bit, this little gesture was really a wonderful way to brighten the day. Awesome job, your efforts are noted and very much appreciated!

Quick to respond for a town department. Person I ended up speaking to was great. Very nice and thorough. Overall not thrilled with the outcome considering the surplus of money the town has but the gentleman followed up which was key. Sad that they’re not looking to go above and beyond and continue to invest in the town and improvements especially in areas where the residents pay the largest residential tax bills.

I'm a volunteer with the Adopt a Road program. I've been a participant for over 5 years and EVERY TIME I call Public Works, to inform them of garbage that I collected, they pick it up immediately. Great job; Thank You!!!!!!

Quite possibly the worse place to deal with. FIRST we had a tree fall on our house where 1/4 of it was still on public property...we were told they would remove it. Then remove part of it. Then none of it. THEN we were told they would remove a portion of it AFTER we removed our portion. We did this, then they REFUSED to come and get their portion because and I quote "they already came around and collected." Awful. These people don't care about the people at all.
